Support multiple service counters using wireless android tablets or iPads as call-terminals. Provide custom-built template and support call, recall, transfer, suspend, start, end, finish functions. Also support 20 key key-pads.

Analysis

All data are stored in SQL database for statistical analysis and reporting, data can be exported to Excel files.

Control

Allows admin-users to manage service-types, reset and cancel ticket numbers, monitor ticket and counter status, backup and delete/restore data.
